Opportunity

As a Pin to Pin Operator Level 1 at Lifting Solutions, you will support the production and assembly of Endless Rod strings by assisting with the pin-to-pin welding and preparation process. You will work with basic tools and equipment to ensure each rod string meets quality and safety standards. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to develop hands‑on skills in a supportive, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to:

  • Assist with basic welding preparation and assembly of Endless Rod strings.
  • Operate equipment safely while following standard operating procedures.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure proper alignment and product quality.
  • Support the pin-to-pin welding team with material handling and equipment setup.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety policies.
  • Track and document work as required to support production accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Requirements

Your Qualifications and

Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is an asset but not required.
  • Comfortable working with basic tools and industrial equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and open to learning and development.
  • Valid driver’s license is an asset.
