Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the shipping and receiving of Downhole tools and related products.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records.
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
• Support HSE and quality initiatives through inspections, documentation, and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Duties:

• Load and unload pallets and Downhole tools from trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Review and document internal and external customer orders.
• Communicate order information in person, by phone, and through NOV applications (TRM).
• Prepare shipping documentation for outgoing NOV products.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Record and track tools associated with failure reports.
• Ship, receive, and maintain records for Downhole product repairs.
• Perform quality control inspections on incoming parts.
• Assist with HSE inspections and required documentation.
• Participate in action plans for new projects as directed by management.
• Adhere to all HSE and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Work the schedule assigned by management, including participation in an on-call weekend rotation.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to high noise levels, vibration, fumes, dust, odors, and varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.

Education and

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift and overhead crane certification preferred; training will be provided if necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
