The Opportunity:As a Pin to Pin Operator Level 2 at Lifting Solutions, you will build on your Level 1 skills to independently operate Pin to Pin equipment, inspect rod components, and support the efficient and accurate assembly of sucker rods. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality, meeting production targets, and upholding safety standards in the shop.
Responsibilities:- In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to:
- Set up and operate Pin to Pin machines safely and efficiently
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on sucker rods and components
- Complete basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation
- Assist with material movement, inventory tracking, and shop organization
- Follow safety procedures and participate in toolbox talks
- Support continuous improvement and collaborate with team members
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical shop environment
- Completion of Pin to Pin Operator Level 1 training or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license is an asset
