The Opportunity:

As a Pin to Pin Operator Level 2 at Lifting Solutions, you will build on your Level 1 skills to independently operate Pin to Pin equipment, inspect rod components, and support the efficient and accurate assembly of sucker rods. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality, meeting production targets, and upholding safety standards in the shop.

Responsibilities:
  • In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to:
  • Set up and operate Pin to Pin machines safely and efficiently
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on sucker rods and components
  • Complete basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed
  • Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation
  • Assist with material movement, inventory tracking, and shop organization
  • Follow safety procedures and participate in toolbox talks
  • Support continuous improvement and collaborate with team members
Requirements Your Qualifications and

Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical shop environment
  • Completion of Pin to Pin Operator Level 1 training or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver's license is an asset
