• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Lead and manage coordinators of Service, Production, Inventory, and Operations and Distribution.

Oversee production activities to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing & communication.

Collaborate with the Production Coordinator to maintain production schedules and ensure product quality

Develop and execute financial strategies to ensure the company meets its profit goals.

Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics to the Integrator.

Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Work closely with the finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

More responsibilities to follow.

• Monday-Sunday, 24/7 during on-call scheduled days, including a 24-hour on-call tower position.
• Regular hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility based on workload.

• Employees must complete pertinent duties by the end of the job, possibly working beyond standard hours if necessary.
• Travel is required 50% of the schedule
• HS Diploma or GED
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
