Polli Properties is looking for a sharp, organized Digital Administrative Assistant to manage and execute the marketing operations that keep our real estate business moving. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, with real ownership over systems, campaigns, and reporting.

You won’t just assist, you’ll run point on marketing execution and support the team with smart, efficient processes and creative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities Marketing Execution
  • Launch and manage basic marketing campaigns
  • Keep content, materials, and timelines organized
  • Track results and report key takeaways
Client & Brand Support
  • Handle client outreach, mailings, and gifts
  • Support events and brand initiatives
  • Maintain a polished, consistent brand presence
Systems & Coordination
  • Update CRM and marketing tools
  • Coordinate vendors, invoices, and expenses
  • Improve workflows and daily processes
Qualifications
  • Background in marketing with a small business is a plus
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new tools
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Clear communicator with a helpful, team‑first mindset
  • Motivated, adaptable, and improvement-focused
Compensation

$45,000 – $55,000 yearly base salary
