* NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT- # of L&D Beds: 15 total- 7 L&D, 8 Postpartum- # of OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections: 1- # of Births per day Month Year: 58 per month
- Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios: 1:1 for pit, mag, or insulin drips. 1:3 couplet care.

- Common diagnoses/Types of patients:
Mix. Mainly obstetric/neonates, hypertension, GDM, try not to deliver anyone less than 36 weeks - Experience or 'Must have' skills: able to read and interpret fetal strips, critical thinking, follow quality metrics, previous travel experience, must be able to read strips - will float to Medsurg & ER as needed

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past 12 months
