EssentialAreas Of Responsibility
- Provide care to patients of all ages - children to geriatrics
- Emergency Room consults, triage and medical care
- Round, admit and manage health needs of patients with a significant range of complex and co‑morbid disease conditions
- Manage all inpatient care and provide prompt attention to all patients admitted to the hospital, including diagnosis, treatment, and the performance of medical procedures (within your scope of practice)
- Collaborate and coordinate patient care with physicians, nursing, health care personnel, and care team members for patients in the hospital and ER
- Employ quality and process improvement practices to make the hospital a safer place and improve patient outcomes
- Three 12‑hour shifts per week
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer
- A generous base salary $136,677-$151,065

- Patient Care:
Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. - Communication:
Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach. - Documentation:
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. - Team
Collaboration:
Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. - Quality Improvement:
Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement. - Compliance:
Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations. - Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.
- Will have graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Masters or Doctorate program
- Will have the qualification to successfully obtain an unrestricted North Dakota practice license and DEA
