Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our OB Nurse at CHI St. Alexius Health Williston, you’ll guide patients through the labor and childbirth process, focusing on the safety of the mother and baby, with kindness and compassion.
In this role you will perform triage, conduct screening exams on walk‑ins, guide patients through induction and delivery, monitor maternal dilation, and continuously monitor fetal heart rate. You will coach mothers during delivery and provide updates and support to partners and loved ones.
The day can vary—ordinary milestones, unexpected complications, and moments of grief—so remaining calm and in control is essential. You must respond swiftly to changing conditions and maintain a composed presence for patients and families.

- Collaborate with providers to deliver exceptional care.
