Average patients per day: up to 25 in Primary Care; can see up to 50/day in walk-in
Common diagnoses/types of patients include geriatric to newborns, skin biopsy, circumcision, wart removal, occasional stitches, splinting
Job duties include computer work using AEHR, EKGs, assisting with minor procedures, rooming patients, administering vaccines, cleaning rooms after each patient, stocking rooms, managing patient phone calls, and working closely with providers
There are 19 providers in the clinic per day, varying in schedule
A Manager/Supervisor is present on each shift (RN Lead)
CNA and CMA staff are utilized in the clinic
EMR systems used include AEHR and Meditech
Weekend and holiday requirements:
None
Will float to different primary care departments including Pediatrics, Family, OB, walk-in, and Internal Medicine
