The Trainee Laboratory Technician is an entry-level position responsible for supporting laboratory testing activities related to fluids used in downhole operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a willingness to learn laboratory processes and testing methods. All necessary job-specific training will be provided.

Laboratory environment supporting fluid testing operations. Travel required for New Employee Safety Training. Must be willing to work rotating shifts as position requires rotation between day and night shifts.

Ability to multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures. Basic computer proficiency. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Willingness to learn and accept training. Strong organizational skills and accountability.

Assist with laboratory testing of fluids used in downhole operations. Follow laboratory procedures and testing protocols. Record and maintain accurate testing data. Utilize computer systems and software for data entry and reporting. Support multiple laboratory activities while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Work safely and comply with all laboratory and company procedures.
