** Job Summary
** Prepare, cook, season, and serve nutritious, balanced meals for residents according to scheduled menus.
** Key Responsibilities**- Prepare and cook meals following standardized recipes and portion-control guidelines
- Prepare foodstuffs and cook using a variety of methods
- Serve food per dietary guidelines, checking for accuracy against resident diets
- Maintain and sanitize kitchen equipment; support dietary department cleaning
- Supervise food service staff in the absence of the Dietary Services Manager## Qualifications
** Qualifications**- Minimum age 16 (no ND Employment and Age Certificate required at 16+)- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required
- Prior dietary services experience, preferred but not required
