Your Role as a Retail Sales Supervisor

• Provide direct assistance to customers by expediting complicated sales and customer requests (specialized equipment requests, receiving customer complaints, and assisting in resolution)
• Request warehouse assistance in locating and delivering products, service department assistance in preparation of equipment, and requisitioning merchandise from the distribution center and purchasing department
• Review quotations and pricing related issues and ensuring compliance with pricing policies
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, training, and supervising Inside Sales Associates
• Complete ongoing training and responsibilities in order to become a go-to resource for Inside Sales Associates
• Help in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor (fronting, pricing, and stocking sales shelves for product displays and work areas, etc.)
• Participate in store events (physical inventories, sales meetings, trade shows, special sales, etc.)
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity
• Duties and responsibilities of Inside Sales Associates
• Complete related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and to be able to learn new software
• Strong communication skills
• To be able to work a rotating Saturday shift

We'd Love if You Have

• Some knowledge of tools and equipment
• Previous retail or customer service leadership experience

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand on a hard surface for up to 10 hours
• Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
