Position Overview:
The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team and creating an exceptional customer experience. The role includes leading sales initiatives, strategizing to achieve team sales goals, managing daily store operations such as opening and closing as a key holder, and supporting store SOPs.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a store team to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Act as a sales lead, interacting with customers regularly to foster a positive shopping atmosphere.
- Strategize and execute to achieve team sales goals.
- Assume key holder responsibilities, opening and closing the store accurately.

Position Type:Regular / Full Time
