Parts Associate

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Full-Time Parts Associate with experience in agricultural equipment or irrigation systems and enjoys working directly with customers to find the right solutions. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service, and ensuring that the inventory is properly stocked and maintained.

• Greet and assist customers in identifying their parts needs
• Recommend and sell parts and accessories to meet customers' requirements
• Provide accurate product information and technical advice
• Process customer orders and handle transactions at the counter
• Maintain inventory and ensure availability of parts
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing parts in the warehouse
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to meet customer needs
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Other duties as requested/required
• Basic housekeeping

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in parts sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
