Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending additional items during transactions;
Support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas of the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor, ensuring items are well-presented and alphabetized;
Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals
