Industrial Sales Representative – Oil & Gas Services (Williston, ND)

Sierra Chemicals is expanding in the Bakken market, and we are looking for a proven industrial sales professional who knows how to build relationships, win business, and grow territory revenue in demanding field environments.

This is not an entry-level sales role.

We are looking for someone who understands industrial operations, is comfortable walking job sites and facilities, and can develop long-term partnerships within oil & gas, midstream, refinery, and industrial accounts.

If you are motivated by autonomy, relationship-building, and uncapped earning potential, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact in a high-visibility market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and grow Sierra’s presence throughout the Williston and surrounding Bakken region
  • Develop relationships with plant managers, operations leaders, maintenance teams, and decision-makers
  • Identify and close new opportunities for hydroblasting, fin fan cleaning, CIP, and industrial cleaning services
  • Conduct field visits, customer walkdowns, and on-site meetings
  • Prepare proposals, bids, and service agreements
  • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and drive revenue growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must live in or near Williston, ND
  • Proven industrial sales experience required
  • Strong understanding of industrial, refinery, or oil & gas environments
  • Ability to work independently and build long-term customer relationships
  • Competitive, self-driven mindset with strong follow-through
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strongly Preferred:

  • Existing oil & gas or midstream industry relationships
  • Experience selling industrial services or field-based solutions
  • Knowledge of refinery, upstream, or midstream operations

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure
  • Realistic earnings potential of $110,000–$190,000+
