Western Products is seeking a highly empathetic and emotionally intelligent sales professional to represent our range of high-quality residential exterior products, including seamless steel siding and Renewal by Andersen windows. With over 75 years of experience in home improvement, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional service in seamless steel siding, windows, roofing, and gutters. The role is more than a sales position; you will be empowered with pre-qualified leads generated by our marketing team—no cold calling or prospecting is required. Your responsibilities include connecting with customers in their homes, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that reflect our promise of exceptional quality and service. By listening actively, empathizing, and providing personalized recommendations, you will create a memorable in‑home experience and help customers make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Meet with potential customers at their homes.
• Educate customers about our products and the benefits of seamless siding and high‑performance windows.
• Provide customized solutions that meet each customer’s specific needs.
• Achieve a 30%–40% close ratio with an average sale of $15,000.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales activities.
• Collaborate with the field service team to coordinate installation timelines.
