Position DescriptionProvide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to assist the district in meeting Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives.
Responsibilities- Technical Support: successfully complete CRM field technical training, perform checks/interrogations of all CRM medical device systems post sign‑off, support implants of all CRM products post sign‑off, provide on‑call support for evenings and weekends post sign‑off, and troubleshoot as requested.
- Operational Support: assure completion of patient registration, manage consignment and trunk inventory, maintain software on programmers, assist with daily coverage logistics.
- Educational Support: train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on products; assist new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives.
- Sales Support: partner with DSM, sales reps and DM to understand market dynamics; support customer POs and identify opportunities; provide feedback to sales reps.
- Ongoing Technical Development: stay up‑to‑date on new products, solutions and patient‑management offerings; complete all assigned training in a timely manner.
- High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare, field sales, or complex technical work; or an Associate’s Degree plus at least 4 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 2 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and across organizational levels.
- Strong work ethic and effective customer‑service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools and Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Requirements
Frequent required travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings; independent mobility; frequent verbal and written communication; lifting up to 40 lbs; sitting, standing and walking up to eight plus hours per day; wearing 7–9 lbs of lead; use of a mobile phone, PC, keyboard and mouse; bending, stooping, squatting, and balancing. Must drive approximately 80% of the time, have a valid driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record.

Minimum travel of 10% within the assigned territory.

Benefits & Compensation- Base salary USD 72,000 – 90,000 (US, excluding Puerto Rico).
