Territory Account Manager

Role Overview

The Territory Account Manager is responsible for expanding and managing a geographical sales area by developing relationships with contractors and construction companies. They execute full sales strategies, including market analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth, while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer requests.
• Develop new business and acquire clients by educating them on how equipment solutions improve efficiency and save costs.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct sales presentations and develop strategies to increase market share.
• Support on-site activities, including equipment rental, sales, and service.

• Proven outside sales experience with a strong sales record.
• Industry knowledge of heavy construction equipment preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and competitive with team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage strategic accounts and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
