Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document daily activities, incidents, and policy concerns in required reports;
Communicate with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, operational issues, and/or changing conditions at the location
