Laborer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Construction Labor ​/ Trades

Agri Industries Inc is seeking dependable General Laborers to support our operations in agricultural and industrial environments. This role involves assisting skilled trades, performing manual labor tasks, and maintaining a safe and efficient job site. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.

• Assist electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, irrigation technicians, underground construction crews, water well drillers, and other skilled trades as needed
• Perform general labor tasks including loading/unloading materials, digging, lifting, and site cleanup
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards
• Support setup and breakdown of job sites
• Travel to various job sites as required
• Complete tasks as directed by supervisors and crew leads

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor
• Valid and current driver’s license (required)

Work is performed in indoor and outdoor environments, including agricultural facilities, industrial sites, and construction locations. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
