• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility under company vehicle policy
• 6+ months to 3+ years of equipment operator experience (depending on level)
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor and work in all weather conditions
• Experience with heavy equipment maintenance and repair

• Prior oilfield experience with cementing or fracturing equipment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work safely in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced crew members
