WISCO Trucking is seeking Diesel Mechanic Technicians to join their team in Williston, North Dakota. This role involves maintaining and repairing heavy-duty diesel engines and equipment for oilfield operations. • $2,240 weekly average gross for a typical 5 day workweek
• $30 – $35 per hour for experienced mechanics
• Overtime pay (time and a half) up to $52.50 for hours over 40 per week

• Experience as a diesel mechanic, with hands‑on experience in the oilfield, construction, or heavy equipment industries
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or trade school preferred)
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, and electrical system maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work in outdoor environments, including extreme temperatures, and on uneven surfaces
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and crouch for extended periods

• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
