Roustabout Pushers – Up to $38 per hour – Williston, ND
B&G Oilfield Services is hiring Roustabout Pushers in Williston, ND to lead field crews in the installation and maintenance of oilfield infrastructure. This hands‑on supervisory role involves piping, equipment setup, and site prep across multiple job sites. Ideal candidates are experienced, safety‑minded leaders who can manage operations and maintain quality standards in demanding environments.

- Training and equipment provided
- 1+ year of roustabout experience
- Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of oilfield safety, pressurized piping, and job site organization
- Physical ability to lift 75 lbs and perform labor‑intensive tasks
- Experience managing multiple crews or job sites
- Proficiency with piping (threaded, grooved, flanged, SS tubing)
- Familiarity with compression construction and aerial equipment
- Ability to complete reporting tickets and data logging accurately
