Mechanic Helpers – Field-Based Equipment Maintenance – Williston, ND

Flex Steel is hiring Mechanic Helpers in Williston, ND for a field-based role supporting the maintenance and repair of pipeline equipment and warehouse assets. This hands‑on position is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with warehouse and oilfield experience. Candidates must be safety‑minded, organized, and willing to travel to remote field sites.

• Full‑time on‑site employment

• High school diploma or equivalent (or 3+ years mechanical experience)
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or mechanical repair experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Forklift certification (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• CDL Class A (preferred)
• Hydraulic and small equipment maintenance experience
• Strong organizational and inventory control skills
• Ability to operate forklifts and heavy tools safely
• Bilingual communication skills (a plus)
