Roving Maintenance Technician

IMMEDIATE HIRE - ROVING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN UP TO $23.00/HR

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician in Williston, ND.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks
• Snow removal when needed

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
• Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
• Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time

• Hourly rate $21‑$23
• Annual salary increases up to 5%
• Quarterly bonus incentives up to $3,000 annually
• On‑call bonus $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call‑outs
