Reports to:
Maintenance Manager Travel Requirements:
Approximately 25% with field support as required
Schedule:
Rotational schedule, 28 days on, 14 days off; including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on operational demands
Work Location:
This position supports operations across multiple basins. Candidates must be willing to travel as needed Work Environment:
Work will be performed in shop and field environments, which may include exposure to varying weather conditions, loud noise, and non-climate-controlled settings Training
Location:
All new hire training will be based in Zelienople, PA
The Electrician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across the operational fleet, equipment, and facilities. This role supports both shop and field operations and requires a strong understanding of AC and DC circuits, electrical schematics, pressure switches, and PLC systems. This position is best suited for individuals who are technically skilled, detail oriented, and capable of troubleshooting electrical systems in fast-paced operational environments.

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment on oilfield and well control systems
- Perform work on specialized oilfield equipment in both shop and field environments
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits and system components
- Perform repairs on mobile equipment in the field
- Conduct visual and functional inspections and complete associated checklists
- Document work performed using internal work order systems
- Fulfill on-call responsibilities and respond to operational needs
- Provide support and work closely with DWS Snubwell and operations teams
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned by management
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of electrical experience preferred
- Experience with generators, light plants, and electrical maintenance
- Knowledge of 12V and 24V systems
- Experience with single and three-phase motors and components
- Familiarity with Class I, Division I fixtures and components preferred
- Knowledge of accumulator charging systems preferred
- Basic computer skills preferred
