We are seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician in Williston, ND. Compensation ranges from $21–$23 per hour
, with annual salary increases up to 5% and bonus incentives up to $3,000 annually.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• Participate in an on‑call rotation as needed in Minot & Williston
• Perform snow removal when required

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
• Team player with excellent communication and a friendly attitude

• $21–$23 per hour
• Annual salary increases up to 5%
• Quarterly bonus incentives up to $3,000 annually
• On‑call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call‑outs
