Senior Technician, Facility Services, HVAC/Refrigeration. This role supports Walmart facilities with Refrigeration HVAC equipment, using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and tools to complete jobs.

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using appropriate tools.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair Work Orders and document repair activities.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart safety policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights frequently.

• 10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

• Maintain and repair Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets
• Operate within OSHA and EPA guidelines and Walmart safety policies
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls
