What You’ll DoAs an Alignment Technician, you’ll focus on diagnosing and correcting alignment issues to ensure vehicles perform safely and efficiently.
- Diagnose alignment and suspension issues
- Perform wheel alignments using specialized equipment
- Adjust suspension and steering components as needed
- Inspect related components for wear or damage
- Ensure proper vehicle handling and tire wear
- Provide high-quality, efficient service to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Experience performing vehicle alignments and suspension work
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues accurately
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
- Strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
