Oilfield Mechanics - 28/14 - On the Job Training
- Up to $34/hr
- Williston, ND

Deep Well Services is seeking skilled Mechanics to join their Maintenance team in Williston, North Dakota. Mechanics will inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel-powered heavy equipment, trailers, and oilfield service units. This rotational position offers a mix of shop and field work, ideal for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and quality. What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-5+ years of verifiable diesel mechanic experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel 100% and work a 28/14 rotational schedule
What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Experience working on heavy-duty diesel equipment and trailers
  • Experience with Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, and Allison powertrain systems
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic systems and mobile equipment
  • Experience using diagnostic software and electronic service tools
  • Previous experience mentoring junior mechanics
  • Familiarity with oilfield equipment, preventative maintenance programs, and safety procedures
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
