Oilfield Mechanics - 28/14 - On the Job Training
- Up to $34/hr
- Williston, ND
Deep Well Services is seeking skilled Mechanics to join their Maintenance team in Williston, North Dakota. Mechanics will inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel-powered heavy equipment, trailers, and oilfield service units. This rotational position offers a mix of shop and field work, ideal for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and quality. The company values motivated individuals who can work independently and as part of a team.

- 1-5+ years of verifiable diesel mechanic experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel 100% and work a 28/14 rotational schedule
- Experience working on heavy-duty diesel equipment and trailers
- Experience with Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, and Allison powertrain systems
- Working knowledge of hydraulic systems and mobile equipment
- Experience using diagnostic software and electronic service tools
- Previous experience mentoring junior mechanics
- Familiarity with oilfield equipment, preventative maintenance programs, and safety procedures
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
