Schedule:

Flexible schedule primarily between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Approximately 20% overnight assignments. On-call coverage and overtime may be required based on operational needs. Limited travel to other U.S. locations (less than 10%).

Provide field-based technical support to customers using Tenaris products. Ensure the proper installation, handling, and operation of Tenaris Premium Connections and related equipment while supporting safe, efficient, and reliable field operations. Gather field feedback regarding product performance and customer experience to support continuous improvement.

• Provide on-site technical support during installation, running, and repair operations involving Tenaris Premium Connections.
• Verify compliance with Tenaris recommended practices and well-site preparation requirements.
• Work directly with customer representatives to help ensure products are installed and operated correctly.
• Support safe and efficient operations by identifying and helping resolve technical issues in the field.
• Perform basic failure analysis and troubleshooting when operational issues arise.
• Deliver customer guidance and training on the proper handling, installation, and use of Tenaris products.
• Complete field reports, service tickets, inspection reports, and operational documentation accurately and on time.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback regarding product performance, service quality, and industry trends.
• Maintain knowledge of company standards, procedures, and technical requirements through ongoing training.
• Comply with all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while protecting company equipment and resources.

• Engineering Technician certification with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of related oilfield industry experience.
• Experience supporting Sucker Rod (SURO) operations preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Hydraulic Power Tongs, including Rod Tongs.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic systems and hydraulic circuits.
• Ability to perform basic field troubleshooting and failure analysis.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to train customers on product installation and operational best practices.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in both field and office environments.

This role combines field and office work, with approximately 20% of working time based in the Williston office. Work may include outdoor oilfield environments, rotating schedules, overnight assignments, and on-call support.
