We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Facilities Handyman
. If you are a jack-of-all-trades who enjoys variety in your workday and takes pride in keeping a facility running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
This is a versatile role where you will manage both indoor facility maintenance and outdoor groundskeeping. You will be our go-to person for keeping our space in top shape and assisting the team wherever help is needed most.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and upkeep, including changing door handles, locks, and hardware.
Painting & Touch-ups: Assist with interior and exterior painting projects and surface maintenance.
Carpentry: Handle basic carpentry tasks, such as minor wood repairs, assembly, or fixture installations.
Groundskeeping: Maintain the aesthetic of our outdoor space by cutting grass, weeding, and performing basic landscape upkeep.
General Support: Provide flexible assistance across various departments as needs arise.
QualificationsClean criminal background (7 yrs)
High School diploma or GED
Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive can-do attitude.
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors.
