• Use tools, techniques, systems, and procedures for developing software or analytic tools for wired or wireless transmission of signaling data.
• Apply leading‑edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
• Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions.
• Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision.
• Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

• 3+ years of experience with software development languages, including Python, C, or C++.
• Experience with digital signal processing algorithms or RF theory.
• Experience using Agile processes and tools, including Jira or Confluence.
• Ability to work in a team environment to brainstorm and innovate new ideas.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.

• Experience with firmware development languages such as VHDL, Verilog, or Core Fire.
• Experience with machine learning packages and building and testing neural network architectures using Tensor Flow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Experience using version control, including Git Hub.
• Experience using Linux systems.

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD).
