Service Truck Operator

• Base Pay $25.00 / Hour
• Other Compensation Commission

Schedule: Full-Time (Includes rotating on-call schedule)

As a Service Truck Operator, you’ll provide roadside and on-site tire service to keep customers moving safely and efficiently.

• Respond to service calls for tire repair and replacement
• Mount, repair, and service a variety of tires in the field
• Communicate with the shop to coordinate jobs and scheduling
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain DOT compliance
• Complete all required paperwork and collect customer signatures
• Assist in the shop when not on service calls
• Load, unload, and organize tires as needed
• Submit fuel receipts and maintain accurate records
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns promptly

• Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable with physical work (bending, lifting, kneeling, working outdoors)
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and environments
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Reliable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to manage time and respond to service calls efficiently
