Hydrovac Operators – Medical, 401K Match, Up to $35/hr – Williston, ND
Martin Construction is hiring Hydrovac Operators in Williston, ND, for field-based hydro excavation services. This role involves operating specialized hydrovac trucks in potentially extreme weather and hazardous environments. The ideal candidate holds a CDL, can work extended shifts, and has prior hydrovac or oilfield experience.

- Comfortable with manual labor and hazardous work conditions
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks and work long hours
- Prior hydrovac experience
- HAZWOPER, H2S, Confined Space, or First Aid training
- Familiarity with utility line exposure, slot trenching, and debris removal
