• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years supervisory roustabout pusher experience
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Basic understanding of construction/roustabout tools and procedures
• Ability to supervise and train roustabout laborers
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• Professionalism and motivation to complete all tasks assigned
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to safely operate all vehicles and equipment involved in roustabout work
• Working knowledge of computers and software such as Microsoft Office, email, and timekeeping programs
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 65 pounds unassisted and work in inclement weather
• Ability to wear a respirator when required
