Pumping Ground Operators - $30/hr - Williston, ND

Pumping Ground Operators are needed in Williston, ND to join a crew responsible for the safe operation, rig up/down, and maintenance of pumping equipment in the oilfield. This role involves hands-on work with fluid pumps and related equipment, both in the shop and at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL, be safety-focused, and able to work in challenging outdoor conditions.

• Wage: $26-$30 per hour DOE

• Valid CDL Class A with Air Brakes (Tanker and HAZMAT a plus)
• 21 years or older
• 2+ years of related work experience
• Ability to operate, service, and maintain equipment
• Knowledge of rigging and outside operations of pump, iron, and wellhead
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in adverse weather
• Compliance with DOT regulations
• Ability to be on location for extended periods

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Oilfield well servicing experience
• Basic problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
