Our client is a well-established company providing a range of solutions for residential and commercial property needs. They are seeking a Marketing & Recruitment Administrator to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Marketing & Recruitment Administrator:

• Coordinate and support marketing initiatives across multiple branch locations
• Screen inbound job applicants and assist with recruitment processes
• Serve as the primary contact for staffing agencies to organize interviews and onboarding
• Plan and participate in trade shows and company events
• Manage administrative tasks including meeting scheduling and employee communications

Your skills and experience:

• Strong proficiency with social media platforms and digital tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Experience in applicant screening and recruitment support
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
