Engineers Construction, Inc. (ECI), based in Williston, VT, is looking for a Foreman with 5+ years of experience in site, roadway, utility, and heavy civil construction. Candidates should have a working knowledge of utility installation, mass earthwork, roadway work, and heavy equipment operation, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Technical Skills and RequirementsApplicants must have practical knowledge of construction materials, grading and layout, heavy equipment, and plan reading. A valid driver’s license is required; a CDL is preferred.
ResponsibilitiesThis position ensures that safety, quality, efficiency, and professionalism are practiced and maintained on all ECI jobsites. Key duties include daily planning, leading and supervising a crew, coordinating heavy equipment operations, assisting with layout work, tracking time and materials, and maintaining a safe jobsite.
Compensation and Benefits- Location:
Williston, VT - Rate of Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience; overtime paid after 8 hours per day
