- Customer Assistance:
Provide exceptional support to policyholders by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Policy Management:
Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and coverage adjustments to meet their needs. - Claims Support:
Guide clients through the claims process, offering clear explanations and support at each step. - Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with agency standards. - Problem Solving:
Address client concerns with empathy and seek solutions that ensure client satisfaction. - Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service and positive client experiences.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. - Experience:
Previous customer service experience, especially within the insurance sector, is highly desired. - Licensing:
Must be willing to obtain or currently hold applicable state insurance licenses. - Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Adaptability:
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Technical
Skills:
