Position: Elementary Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Williston, Vermont

This contract opportunity invites you to collaborate with elementary, middle, and high school teams, using your specialized training to make a meaningful difference each day.

What you bring:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Valid state licensure for behavioral analysis
  • Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to design, analyze, and implement effective behavioral interventions and individualized plans
  • Commitment to creating safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments
In this important role, you will:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and support data-driven behavioral interventions for students across grade levels
  • Collaborate with educators to develop and monitor individualized education and behavior intervention plans
  • Train and guide school staff on implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies
  • Maintain thorough documentation, monitor student progress, and adjust plans as needed
  • Act as a resource and advocate for families and staff members to help ensure student success
  • Support crisis prevention and apply de-escalation techniques as appropriate
