Instructor - Healthcare

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Instructor to inspire and guide learners through engaging educational experiences. Your expertise in higher education teaching, instructional design, and learning technology will be essential in creating impactful educational programs. • Design, develop, and refine the education curriculum through reverse engineering of the role to deliver logically sequenced training and instruction to adult learners – explaining why something is done to empower the students to make a difference in their new career path and engaging the students in their learning.
• Participate in the development of the occupational apprenticeship framework including identifying work competencies and the instructional outline.
• Deliver/facilitate existing or newly developed curriculum during the related instruction portion of the apprenticeship program.
• Provide student mentoring and support throughout the training program and as needed through the one‑year apprenticeship, adjusting information/support as required per the individual student.
• Work with employer partners to facilitate all aspects of training.
• Sets and demonstrates standard of performance for students to follow.
• Partner with the Job Forward staff to ensure a successful program, assist with the selection process for program participants, ensure students’ needs are met and effectively address performance expectations and personal needs.
• Be expected to successfully support students from diverse backgrounds across social, economic, and cultural differences.
