Allen Brook School (ABS) is seeking an energetic and caring professional to join our Kindergarten general education teams starting the  school year. The role supports both students and faculty in facilitating a successful educational experience and contributes to a collaborative school community.

• Take a proactive approach to supporting Kindergarten teams by anticipating and meeting classroom needs in advance of directions.
• Establish positive relationships and work with individual Kindergarten students to problem-solve situations throughout their day.
• Provide strong organizational support, including managing instructional resources and making copies.
• Lead the supervision of students during lunch, recess, bus arrival/departure, and off-campus trips.
• Utilize consistent, positive behavior management strategies tailored for early childhood learners across a variety of school settings.
• Participate in team meetings and work closely with teachers while maintaining strict confidentiality.

• Deep commitment to being a positive, helpful contributor to the school community.
• Ability to take the lead, work independently, and remain flexible in a dynamic early childhood environment.
• Skill in building rapport with young students and staff.
• Professionalism in Google platforms (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.).
• Superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Physical capacity to meet the requirements of the position, which may include lifting.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.

Salary: $21.12 to $23.03 per hour, based upon qualifications, education, and experience. The position offers a competitive benefits package.
