Description
Starting Salary: $21 / hour and up. As a Citizens Teller, you make a real difference for our customers and the branch team.
What You’ll DoYou’ll greet customers in our lobbies, demonstrate technology for mobile app or ATMs, create amazing experiences, provide personalized advice, connect customers to Bankers, educate customers on Citizens products, and follow all financial policies and procedures.

- High School degree or GED
- Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash & digital payments)
- Minimum 1 year experience recommending and referring products and services to customers
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to ask questions and identify needs
- Problem‑solving and solution‑providing skills
- Customer‑centric focus to deliver exceptional service
- Comfortable with digital technology
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
- 1 year of transaction processing experience
- Motivates others through collaboration
- Process‑oriented, energetic, detail‑oriented, and multitasking
- Hours per week: 20
- Work schedule varies with branch needs, may include weekends and evenings
The salary range for this position is $21.00 – $25.48 per hour. Actual pay is based on budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
