Financial Analyst, Accounts Receivable & Payable | Gainwell Technologies The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
  • Liaison:
    Interact regularly with the State of Vermont, healthcare providers, claims processing, and customer service departments.
  • Financial Operations:
    Provide a full range of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions in support of Green Mountain Care healthcare programs.
  • Transaction Management:
    Enter various financial transactions, including payables, receivables, bank stop payments, and reissues.
  • Reporting:
    Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, including daily receipts and bank deposits.
  • Compliance Support:
    Support Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) site reviews and manage claims and data reconciliation for Carved-In 340B participating Vermont Medicaid providers.
The Must-Haves
  • Background:
    Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience:

    Experience with financial reporting, supported by strong mathematical and Excel proficiency.
  • Skills:

    Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to independently QA/QC one’s own work.
  • Bonus:
    Healthcare industry experience.
