If you are passionate about manual therapy, sports medicine, and helping patients return to the activities they love without the "mill" environment, we want to meet you. We have a team-based approach to care and offer a fun place to work, grow, and better both our community and staff.
What We Offer- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $36 – $45 plus performance-based bonuses and the flexibility to add additional paid hours.
- Clinical Freedom: Our scheduling allows for 60 minute evaluations and follow-ups to allow the best possible clinical care to our patients.
- Professional Growth: Structured mentorship for new graduates including weekly check-ins and a gradual onboarding schedule, paid continuing education including a Medbridge account, and many areas of expertise with multiple clinicians in which to cotreat.
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedule with the ability to shift hours as needed.
- Benefits: Comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, and generous PTO.
- Great Facilities: The Williston location is a spacious clinic with an indoor, salt-water pool, multiple private treatment rooms, open space for dynamic exercises, and an attached gym next door to bring patients for progressive resistance exercises.
- Ability to Become an Owner: We are a worker cooperative, which offers the ability to invest in the business and become an employee-owner and have input in business operations.
As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans with use of manual therapy, aquatic therapy, and patient education to drive recovery.
- Collaborate with your co-workers and other healthcare providers in the field to give your patients the best care possible.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Thera Office software.
- Licensed: You hold a valid PT license in Vermont (or are board-eligible).
- Patient-Centered: You have a "patient-first" mentality and excellent communication skills.
- Lifelong Learner: You are eager to grow your skills, whether you’re a seasoned clinician or a motivated new grad.
