Pathways Vermont is seeking a Peer Respite Guest Support Staff to provide direct peer support and assist with daily house operations in Williston. The role centers lived experience and intentional peer support training.
You will join a team committed to compassionate care, community resources, and safety protocols, including CPSP progression and ongoing trainings, while working overnight shifts 8 pm–8 am. The position also involves attending team meetings and providing transportation as needed.
