The Manager role at The RehabGYM Inc. is an on-site position based overseeing daily operations of the facility, including staff scheduling, coordination of fitness and rehabilitation services, and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for members and patients. This role includes supervising Clinicians, front-desk and support staff, managing membership processes, monitoring facility usage, and resolving operational issues. The Manager collaborates with clinical and fitness professionals to support program delivery, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure that classes and therapy sessions run smoothly.
Additional responsibilities include basic administrative tasks, assisting with community outreach and member engagement initiatives, and supporting quality and compliance processes as directed.
- Experience in facility or operations management, preferably in a healthcare, fitness, or wellness setting.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, documentation, and basic reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with staff, clinicians, members, and community partners.
- Customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and membership processes professionally.
- Leadership abilities, including staff coordination, basic performance oversight, and fostering a positive team culture.
- Comfort working in a medical fitness environment and supporting rehabilitation and group fitness services.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of scheduling, membership, or practice management software.
- Relevant education or training in healthcare administration, exercise science, business, or related fields is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a physical therapy clinic, gym, or medical fitness facility is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site with flexibility for part-time hours as determined by facility needs.
