Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and provide exceptional guest services to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction while supporting the hotel’s operational efficiency during nighttime hours.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel’s overnight team, ensuring safety, accuracy, and guest happiness.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during the night shift
  • Manage and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations
  • Handle all incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment
  • Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial transactions, incident logs, and guest requests
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and guest relations
  • Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and special requests efficiently
Skills
  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on night audit functions
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with front desk procedures, guest services, and hotel safety protocols
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks smoothly during overnight hours
